How it works (tap to expand)

Your Global intelligence key (header) powers CV analysis, inbox/Gmail classification, scout fit notes, and cloud scout — the same key everywhere; there is no separate server API key for Career. After each cloud scout, stats show parsed listings, keyword-fit gate results, and dropped links. Gmail needs OAuth configured on the host; pasted-email scan uses heuristics without a key, or your intelligence key when set. We do not auto-submit to third-party job sites.

Step 1: Your profile

Intelligence

CV analysis uses the same intelligence API key as every other agent on your Workbench. Configure it once in global settings — bring your own provider key or use AgentRent-managed intelligence when your plan includes it.

Add a key in global settings to enable AI CV analysis.

CV (PDF, DOCX, text, or image)

Files are analyzed and stored securely for your account so emails can attach your CV automatically. PDFs use two extractors for better compatibility with exports from Word, InDesign, and scanners. Images use OCR (English/Danish). After analysis, keywords and form fields save when you click Save profile to cloud.

Additional Attachments (up to 10 files)

Upload additional files (courses, driver's license, clean record, etc.). All files will be automatically attached to your job application emails. Supports all formats including images (PNG, JPG, etc.).

Cloud (recommended): runs on our servers (HTTPS fetch + parse — Jobindex, Jobnet, custom URLs). Sign in first so your profile and matches are tied to your account.

Stores your criteria on AgentRent so Run scout in the cloud can use them. Recurring scout wake and guarded auto-apply batch are now active. High-risk actions (interview replies/SMS) remain phased.
